has also developed the program "Increasing the Quality of life for the Older Adult". This program, which
is based on her books and instructional curriculum, can be used for CEUs and other professional development.
Susan has also developed a patent pending assessment tool which uses a 'bio-psychosocial' model for quality and
holistic care.
